TMF is dedicated to helping patients with blood-related cancers and other rare cancers worldwide by facilitating access to treatment and providing care and support for those who have limited access to resources. The Glivec International Patient Assistance Program (GIPAP) is a program of Novartis Pharma AG. The Max Foundation is a partner in the administration of GIPAP. This Pfizer website provides information about use of Sutent for GIST. 1-877-744-5675, then choose option 1 Sponsored by Pfizer, FirstRESOURCE assists patients in obtaining access to Sutent through guidance in obtaining insurance reimbursement, appealing denied insurance claims, and financial assistance for eligible patients. This Novartis website provides information about use of Gleevec for GIST. Financial assistance for Gleevec is handled through the MAX Foundation (see link at top of this page).
