Day 1. Sunday, August 5, 2007
On the first day, we ride from Bremerton, Washington to Centralia, Washington. The ride is inland. Total riding distance is a 101.4 miles with an estimated 2175 feet of climbing.

Day 2. Monday August 6, 2007
On the second day, we continue our inland ride from Centralia, Washington to Portland, Oregon. The ride is inland. Total riding distance is a 101.4 miles with an estimated 3125 feet of climbing. We look forward to having dinner with a group at OHSU that evening.

Day 3. Tuesday August 7, 2007
We start by taking the morning off in the hopes that we may get some press interviews in Portland. Then, we start climbing hills over to the Oregon coast.

We continue over the mountains to the Oregon Coast through Lincoln City, Depot Bay and ending in Waldport.

We continue down the coast from Waldport, through Florence and Reedsport to Coos Bay.

We can see more progress now. We go from Coos Bay to Brookings, Oregon, for our last day in Oregon.

Out to the coast, we stay in Ft. Bragg. A half day and 63 miles. Good thing. There is 5000 feet of climbing in that half day! Good job Jim Fitch for scheduling a half day here.

Day 10. Tuesday August 14, 2007
Good thing we rested. It is a very tough day to get from Ft. Bragg to Bodega Bay. Almost 7000 feet of climbing (our highest one day total) and 106 miles.

Day 11. Wednesday August 15, 2007
Bodega Bay to San Francisco. Over the Golden Gate Bridge for a photo op and end at the Palace of the Legion of Honor.
